The ankle bands barely went around my ankles, but they will work. If your ankle is large than 10", i would advise going with a different product! The bands had very little resistance, so i will likely use other exercise bands or even bungee cords with them instead.

Love these! A lot of reviews say that the bands have little resistance but a trick i found was to loop the band through twice to make it half shorter but it helps with adding more resistance. Gets the job done.
