I’m a 5’1”, 60-year-old woman and I’m fluffy+. 😄 This 10-lb weighted vest fits me perfectly, and I absolutely love it.I forget I have it on …..I noticed another female reviewer mentioned that the fit is difficult if you have breasts. I no longer have breasts, so the vest works great for me. However, I can definitely see how the upper closure could be a problem with a larger chest or breast implants the top tier portion will not close.The good news is that you really don’t need the top closure fastened. You can simply leave it open and use the bottom closure, which holds the vest securely for me. If you are a runner with breast implants this is not for you. Walking 100% works perfect.And I’m very happy I chose the 10-lb version. I’m 60, out of shape, and rebuilding my strength, and 10 pounds feels just right. Any lighter would have felt almost pointless for what I wanted it for…. Walking around house, running errands etc.Comfortable, secure, and exactly the amount of weight I wanted. A+ purchase.

Accurate weight and prompt delivery. Only criticism is that it's smaller than other weights vest I've used, and so it barely fits my shoulders. This isn't a huge problem, but because I have an old rotator cuff injury, the tightness of the vest makes putting it on slightly painful.

Got the 6lb because I’m less than 100lbs. Seems substantial when I wear it, but comfortable as it distributes weight evenly. Very happy with it and will buy heavier size when ready.

Pretty good vest. Weight is good. It's comfortable for the most part. Doesn't stay in place very well when running but it is good for walking or lite jogging. Phone pouch is a plus. Would purchase again.

Quality item, sturdy, well made, strong stitching, the removable phone/key holder is useful and you can squeeze a tiny bottle of water in it if needed. In terms of comfort, it's not like you can forget it's there, but it's padded in the right places and the weight is evenly distributed. It doesn't rub anywhere or chafe skin, though I always wear something with sleeves underneath to absorb sweat. Yes, I sweat A LOT with this thing on. It really kicks things up a notch for walking, jogging, aerobics, and most of all step classes. My fitness watch shows me increased heart rate, effort, and calorie burn when I use it. The reflective stripes are nice for anyone using it outdoors in the early morning or evening. I air dry it inside out and so far there are no odors. No leakage, no wear shows at all after 6 months of use. I went fairly heavy for my body size and weight with a 10-pound vest; it is challenging but manageable. I also like that it forces me to have better posture while working out to maintain my balance. Overall, I'm really happy with this vest.
