Container is filled to the brim! No huge container that mostly has air here. The gummies taste okay-not amazing, but better than other ones I’ve tried. I didn’t love taking powdered creatine, and this is a big step up from that. Do keep in mind that even though there are 120 gummies, the recommended serving size is 4, so it’ll only last you a month or less if you do a loading phase. I decided to only take 3 since I don’t think I need a full dose, so it is nice that you can customize how much you take. Overall these are a fun and easy way to take the highly beneficial creatine.

I like the idea of not having to mix powder to get my creatine in every day, and these are a great compliment to my morning routine. I keep them at work so they're easy to take. The texture is not quite like a gummy, more like a soft chew so it doesn't stick to your teeth too bad. Surface is slightly oily from the carnauba wax but not particularly bad. The red dye does sort of color your tongue, and the flavor is OK but not particularly appealing. I prefer the mango option.As with most nutri-ceutical type products, I'm not gonna say it turned me into a superhuman, but I do think the taurine and creatine smooth out my morning coffee intake as far as jitters go. It's been pretty hectic at work and I haven't crashed out (yet, for what it's worth).A caution is the zinc content is pretty high, so make sure that you're not taking other zinc supplements if you take this at full dose. Speaking of which, 4 gummies is quite a mouthful so it gets tedious on a routine. I personally take 2 most days and call it good.

I take creatine in powder form but in order to get a larger dose I like to take gummies as well.They kind of have a texture like Play-Doh and the flavor is strawberry. It's very unique but creatine is hard to get in a gummy and so I would consider this a good flavor given how raw creatine doesn't taste very good.Beware that you do need to take four of these extremely large gummies in order to make up one serving of creatine.

It doesn’t taste chemically either like a lot of the artificially flavored/sweetened options do. They use monk fruit to sweeten this, which is all natural and has a good flavor.As far as effectiveness goes, I’ve already been taking creating monohydrate daily for years now, so I can’t say this is more effective than others I’ve been using. But flavor, texture, and ingredients-wise, this is my new favorite.Overall very happy with it. 4 gummies per serving, and a 30-day supply per container. It was $16 when I placed my order, which is a really good deal considering the ingredients and proven health benefits of creatine. Even if they raise the price a bit, still worth it.

I decided to try these out for its claims of contribution to overall health and increased cognitive function. I decided to start off very very slow since I have never taken any creatine before and only take one gummy per day. I have been doing that for just over a week now with no noticeable negative side effects. I am a fairly sedentary plus size woman in her mid thirties in overall reasonably good health. So far I have also not detected any particularly noticeable benefits but I would not expect to considering the shorter amount of time coupled with taking such a small dose as well as many benefits to supplements being often very subtle even in the long run. I do however very much appreciate that the gummies are in smaller doses so that I could easily choose to take a lower or higher dose as desired. The gummies are a rather large size compared to other gummy supplements that I have taken but that doesn't bother me personally since I only take one per day. They have a rather pretty pink color and are formed into a lovely design making them more pleasant to consume. The texture is very soft and not at all chewy like other gummies with no grit or chalky feeling. The taste is not bad for a supplement and reminds me of an artificial strawberry drink mix of sorts. Since I am taking such a small amount they will last me a very long time making it a great deal for very low doses. They come in a large bottle with a wide mouth making it easy to grab out what you need. The portability and lack of dealing with messy scooping and measuring is definitely convenient and makes it much easier for me to remain consistent with taking these. Overall I like the simplicity and how easy they go down with no funky aftertaste. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who is already taking or interested in taking creatine supplements with the approval of the appropriate professionals.

I've been using creatine supplements for a couple of years now. I ordered these to try since I normally use the powder type.These gummies are convenient because they are easier to take traveling or in a bag, purse etc. I like that aspect of them a lot compared to the powder supplement.The flavour is overall good. Not overly sweet. They taste like a fake sugar sweetener, but still ok. Not bad for something you generally only have once a day. They are easy to eat in the morning before or after your coffee, with your vitamins and regular pills etc.The only con about these for me is there is a slight aftertaste of chalkiness, which isn't too bad, but the biggest con to me is that you need 4 of them to get a 5000 mg dose. I would prefer if it was 2 or so. It seems like you are getting a lot of filler ingredients by eating 4 of them for the whole dose, compared to a scoop of regular powder of the same dose. That's my main complaint overall.If you want gummies as a preference and you need them for traveling purposes, these are a great option and they do taste good. So far I haven't had them long enough to notice how well they work for performance or muscle growth etc, but that is not something I personally have attempted to "measure" with my regular creatine.
