Super fine and well packaged creatine.

ARQ8 LONGEVITY Monohydrate Powder comes in a medium sized twist top plastic tin, has an expiration date of 12/23/2027. Came well packaged with a full plastic outer tamper seal, and a foil freshness seal under the cap, includes a scoop. Inside is a super fine powder that resembles powdered sugar, and it is just as messy if you are not careful. Like most creatine's its preparation is simple, stir into some water and drink before a work out. Container lists 30 servings here. This creatine mixed really clear and fine for me, no grittiness in the water and no off tastes.

very nice product

I’ve been trying to keep my daily supplement routine as simple and clean as possible lately, and creatine monohydrate is one of those staple items that is hard to argue with. I decided to try out this 500g bag of unflavored Evial creatine because I wanted a straightforward powder that skipped the flashy packaging, artificial sweeteners, and unnecessary fillers. It has turned out to be a really sensible, hassle-free addition to my morning routine. The standout feature of this powder is definitely how finely it is ground. Because it’s micronized, the texture is much softer than standard, gritty creatine. This makes a massive difference when you are actually mixing it. Instead of clumping up or immediately settling like sand at the bottom of your shaker bottle, it dissolves very smoothly into plain water, juice, or a protein shake with just a few quick shakes. Since it is completely unflavored, it doesn’t alter the taste of whatever you mix it with, which is perfect if you like to stack your supplements.Quality-wise, the fact that it is third-party tested and manufactured in a cGMP facility is a huge plus for peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know you are actually putting pure creatine into your body without any hidden additives. The 500g size is also a highly practical setup. At a standard 5g serving size, one bag gives you a full hundred servings, which easily lasts more than three months. It makes staying consistent with your routine very easy and budget-friendly.When it comes to results, you have to be realistic—creatine isn't a magic powder that's going to instantly double your bench press overnight. It takes consistent daily use to saturate your muscles, but after a few weeks of taking it, I’ve definitely noticed that my muscles hold a bit more fullness and I don’t feel quite as burned out during the last few reps of my lifting sessions.

Review of ARQ8 Longevity Creatine Monohydrate Powder

I take 5 grams of creatine daily and have been taking creatine in various forms for many years. Several months ago, I ordered a container of ARQ8 mango creatine gummies and loved them, so when I saw this ARQ8 creatine powder listed here, I placed an order in full confidence that I’d receive a quality product. The packaging and labeling seemed consistent with what I’d expect from a professionally produced supplement. The bottle was shrinkwrapped and a “sealed for your protection” seal on top of the bottle was fully intact. The creatine powder is fine, white, uniform in texture, and consistent with other creatine powders I’ve used in the past. The label provides clear disclosure of the ingredients, instructions, and contact information for the company. The product is made in the USA and the label states that it is third-party lab tested. Regarding this lab testing, the company’s website states: “every batch is independently tested by the ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, ensuring the highest levels of purity and safety in every batch.”I mixed 5 grams of this powder into my protein smoothie this morning and using my blender, it completely dissolved and was fully incorporated into the smoothie without any residual grittiness or clumping. In summary:Positives:1. Product seems to have been manufactured in a professional manner2. Texture is great and dissolves easily.3. Label contains all the expected relevant information4. Product is very fresh – expiration date was 17 months out from date product was receivedNegatives: noneI do not possess the scientific expertise to measure with certainty whether the content of the powder matches the label. However, the label and website disclosures seem professional and I intend to continue using this powder, and there’s a good chance I’ll re-order when it runs out.As always, I’d recommend speaking with a healthcare professional before taking any vitamin or supplement. A product review is never an adequate substitute for the expertise of a healthcare professional.

"Not a bargain basement product for sure"...

Given the current list price this is no cost-cutter or bargain supplement. That being said, the presentation is exceptional and exhibits quality. The MG of one scoop are at the top of what I would consider taking per Internet research. I often fly below maximum daily dosages.Made in the USA is great. Developed in Switzerland is cool. Sourced from???They say they are "tested for purity and safety" but it does not indicate it was a 3rd party lab, so it is possibly their own lab? Being specific here adds to credibility which is important with supplements.I like that it is light on fillers per the site page. The unflavored is good with powders as most powders do not taste great. Think whey protein for example. However, unlike some whey this dissolves easily in water or other beverages. This is a nice powder, soft and fluffy. It is similar in texture to a l-citrulline powder supplement I use. Same color too. Pure white.Value is okay but for a 30-day supply I am not sure about this long-term.

Good replacement for other top brands

I've tried a couple of things from ARQ8 now. This unflavoured creatine powder is a great option compared to some of the other top brands I've used before. I take my creatine in the morning before my coffee as part of my routine. I haven't noticed any negative effect by switching to this brand, and it's a good texture and colour (looks pure). I personally don't mix creatine powder in with anything, I just take the scoop and swallow with some water, then have my coffee after. This stuff works well!

Good brand!

This was my first time trying this brand of supplement. I’m careful about what supplements I ordered on Amazon because I noticed they have a lot that don’t have their country of origin listed. I like that this one’s made in the USA!My teenage son work out a lot, and they are always looking for new forms of creatine so I ordered this to give it a try. The fact that it was a nano creatine intrigued me.Dissolved well and I like that it doesn’t have any added sugars. It’s nice and neutral and blends well into a drink.Overall, I recommend this because it’s a very high-quality product and is effective. As we age, we just really need creatine and it’s important to keep our intake up. Just make sure that you drink extra water when you take creatine!I

Blends Easy, No- Unpleasant Taste-Supporting the Mind and Body

I'm 50 and I've been reading more about creatine lately, and I decided to start taking it as part of trying to take better care of myself as I get older. I always thought of creatine as something for people who work out and want to build muscle, but I started reading about how it can be helpful for maintaining muscle and strength as we age, and I also came across some interesting research on memory and cognitive health. That really caught my attention because I'm interested in maintaining both my physical and mental health as I get older, not just taking something for one specific reason. This is a very simple creatine monohydrate powder, 5,000 mg per serving and unflavored, so I've been mixing it into my wolfberry juice blend in the morning. It doesn't change the taste of the juice, and the powder is very fine and mixes easily without leaving a gritty texture. I also like that there aren't a bunch of other ingredients added to it. I'm just getting started, so I can't say yet what kind of difference I'll notice over time, but I like the simplicity of the ingredients, the fact that it doesn't have a noticeable taste, and how easy it is to mix into my juice.

Clean, Simple Creatine with No Unnecessary Additives

This is a review of the Monohydrate Powder 5000 mg per Serving, Unflavored, Vegan, that was priced at $35.99 (price shown in the listing) at the time of this review. This supplement focuses on the basics, which is exactly what many people look for in a creatine product. The ingredient list is straightforward, with no added flavors, sweeteners, or fillers, making it easy to mix with protein shakes, juice, or water without significantly altering the taste.I appreciate that it is unflavored and vegan-friendly. The neutral flavor makes it versatile, especially for those who already have a supplement routine and don't want competing flavors. It also mixes reasonably well and can be incorporated into a variety of beverages. The 5,000 mg serving size aligns with what many users are already accustomed to taking daily, and the simplicity of the formula makes it easy to understand exactly what you're getting. For people who prefer minimalist supplements, this product checks the right boxes. My only hesitation is the value. While the product appears clean and straightforward, the price feels somewhat high for a basic creatine monohydrate powder, especially when compared to many established alternatives on the market. That said, if ingredient simplicity and a filler-free formula are priorities, this is still a solid option worth considering.
