I am a size 36 and I took size XS. It fits perfectly on the body. High waist. But not very suitable for exercise as it is very short. More like a home pant. The fabric is nice and high quality.

Nice, comfortable shorts for sports. I bought them to wear over leggings. I have a European size M (36-38), so I took L here - but they are a little big. So you can take your usual size without worrying about them being too small. The elastic doesn't press too tight. They need ironing.

I found a lot of products without lining to wear over leggings, and this one is perfect. Since there's no inner layer, I can layer it over leggings. I wear XS according to Nike shorts, and the XS size here is similar to Nike's. It's a little loose around the waist, but the difference isn't that big, so I'm satisfied. I was worried about size issues, but this one from NLAE fits me well. I'll have to wash it to know for sure, but since it's a single layer, I guess there will be some wrinkles. I'll have to take that into account~
